Motor City Martini
The 3-Martini lunch may be an anecdote of the 1950’s, but this classic cocktail lives on. Famously ‘shaken not stirred’ by James Bond, most mixologists will tell you the proper way to make a Martini is ‘stirred not shaken.’ Shaking melts more ice and gives the cocktail a cloudy appearance whereas stirring produces a clear cocktail with a silky texture and minimal dilution. But, we leave it to you to choose how to mix this minimalist masterpiece.
